Initiate Request

Log into your D.E account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Securely

Place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
